Wrong resolution on Linux version
I've got an nvidia gtx 760 and a 1080p display but the only resolution options I get in the options menu are 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768 and 1280x1024. How do I fix this? Where is the config file located on Linux?

EDIT: The configs were apparently in ~/.local/share/yager/specops/GameDocuments/My Games/SpecOps-TheLine/SRGame/Config but when I change the resolution manually there, it gets reset.

You can use launch commands "-ResX=xxx -ResY=xxx"

Doesn't work, using:-

-ResX=1920 -ResY=1080

The game still launches at like 320x240, but in a 1920x1080 window:-

For reference, I have two vertical monitors on my X display, so, my setup looks like this:-

Monitor 0 | 1080x1920 | Left of Monitor 1
Monitor 1 | 1920x1080 | Absolute 0x0
Monitor 2 | 1080x1920 | Right of Monitor 1

Yup, same thing for me.

Do you have any vertical monitors? I just updated my post (That you quoted) explaining my display setup.
Nycz May 14, 2015 @ 3:21pm
No vertical monitors, but I do have a multi monitor setup, one 1280x1024 to the left and a 1920x1080 to the right.

Someone on my friends list verified it works for him on a multiple monitor setup, but both his monitors are 1920x1080.

EDIT:- Even at this tiny resolution the game stutters _a lot_, I fear if it was to actually be rendering at 1920x1080 this would be a lot worse.

You could use Windows.

as a workaround u can turn off ur smaller display before game launch

For Bioshock Infinite they (VP) added an "--eon_force_display" option that can be used to start the game only on specific monitors.
Maybe it can be used here too?

So something like "--eon_force_0" for example.

@SuperTux, I just played the game and I have no major problems so far. It runs sable 60fps (vsync on), feels smooth too. No regrets about the purchase.

The only minor issue for me - it does not seem to support ultra-wide format (21/9). Even in native display resolution (2560x1080) it add bars on the sides, effectively making it 1920x10080. it's still looks good.

SuperTux, Deadfall Adventures was a terrible game on Windows before they ported it to Linux.

I'm getting similar issues with this game opening in a really small resolution with black all round the edges rather than the screen resolution updating to the correct size so it fills the screen.

Issue still not resolved. I don't want to unplug my monitor to play this game.

edit:

To clarify, I have two monitors, one 1280x1024 on the left and one 1080p one on the right. The game will only display 1080p as a resolution option when I unplug or disable the left monitor. Changing the config files doesn't work.
