I have tried EVERYTHING. I have completed the first mission, the epilogue in all possible ways and I just can't get the achievement. Epilogue I beat both with deagle and A-12 and still nothing. Did A-12 no reloading no misses and still can't get it. Is the achievement bugged? Is there a way to do it without cheating?

Do it on easy and you need to have an accuracy of 60% or more.

Thats what I did. It was on easy and i had accuracy of 100% because with A-12 you can one shot enemies.

I guess the type of accuracy its asking for are heads, not like firing with such a powerful weapon that it "blow enemies to kingdom come" regardless to where you shoot them. I mean i was able to do it in Epilogue, with that AA-12 you are given and just waited for them to be near enough so i won´t miss a head by any chance.

yeah i managed to do 100% head accuracy in epilogue but I just can't get the achievement. Also kinda stupid that it doesn't specify what type of accuracy it's asking for but still you should still get it even after 60% of kills are headshots because it's only asking for that much.

Honestly I have no idea in what other way to approach this but it is discouraging me from playing the FUBAR difficulty since I will never be able to have a 100% on the game because of it

I got it done i just did the first mission and was very careful

I think just using a pistol and doing headshots while taking your time will help,or you could use a cheat table for accuracy.
