Creepy Easter Egg, You MUST see this

I was just playing through the game and during the penultimate chapter, I discovered something creepy.
After you fight the Lugo heavy, you have a firefight inside the building he comes out of. Deliberately get yourself killed during the firefight. Instead of a loading screen, you get a little something else that I didn't see coming. Probably the most jarring thing in the game next to the white phospherous attack.

I died in both segments first time I played and it was a really cool addition. A pity the game didn't abuse more of the 4th wall by limiting it to loading screens.
