Go to the part about "Encrypted configuration files" to find out how to decrypt them.
You have to drag the file into the decrypter .exe file. Then edit the file you decrypted, once finished drag the file into the encrypter.
Ah good to know.
solved it, was read only
Hmm I don't understand, I want to decrypt the SRInput.ini file but If I drag and drop the it on Gibbed.SpecOpsTheLine.IniDecrypt.exe a cmd window flashes and nothing happens...
If I use "open with" on SRInput.ini with the Gibbed.SpecOpsTheLine.IniDecrypt.exe I get a cmd window saying decrpting.. and then I get an error and the aplication closes. Can anyone tell me what should I do now??
Edit (SOLVED): Even if I get an error, the application still does decrypt the file sucessfully, to encrypt it again before launcing the game just drag and drop on Encrypt. Also now for some reason the drag and drop on DECRYPT works perfectly, idk why I had this issue before.
So I did fix the crazy mouse speed, now the ingame mouse sensitivity settings also works as it should, all I did in the SRInput.ini file was:
I put m_viewAccelEnabled=true to false
and I put MouseSensitivity from 60.000000 to 30.000000
EDIT: Never mind I finally got it working. Here is how I got it working. I opened up two file explores with the config open and I would drag the ini from one file explorer to the other in the encryption tool and then it would open it like normal to edit and then re-encrypt. Turns out I was just doing it wrong.
