I think this achievement ain't that hard, try getting it on the easiest difficulty, do chapter 1, and never miss any shot let your AI do the work while close-range shoot the enemies. You can always check many other guides for help like mine: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3026412052
Not adding a Platinum achievement because some people might cheat it would be like not releasing a game because some people might pirate it. It's a lazy excuse.
Besides most people don't even care about Achievements, have a look at Days Gone, God of War (2018), Horizon, Uncharted, etc: they all have platinum achievements, and yet unlock rates are very low.
Days Gone: One Percenter - 1.4%
God of War: Father and Son - 5.3%
Horizon Zero Dawn - 1.9%
Uncharted: Don't Ruin The Moment - 1.0%
I got 49 games Platinumed and I'm going to have 50 very soon. There was this bloke I had on my friends list. Get this he had all achievements in Quantum Break and his total playtime was 4.3 hours. Upon investigating I found out that he unlocked half of his achievements one day at the exact same time and the other half on the next.
I proceeded to remove him from my friends list. It's lazy and pathetic to cheat achievements. Showing off an achievement you earned legitimately is the best feeling one can amass. Cheating isn't...
Happy Hunting!
