Is there any other game that's similar to Spec Ops: The Line?
Besides combat and mechanics, I MEAN if there's anything of the sort that matches or similar to Spec Ops?

I don't think there's anything like it regarding warfare, but if you want to explore decisions and free will, I've read a lot of comparisons with BioShock.

Games with very compelling stories similar to Spec Ops: Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice and Martha is Dead

I would also recommend The Wolf Among Us because it's up to you if you want to play as a hero or more of a villain in this game. The story isn't as thought-provoking as the ones above but still absolutely recommend if you don't mind the the gameplay being a point n click adventure.

Spec Ops: The Line is for sure one of a kind. There are games that touch on similar topics and ideas, but I cannot think of one that does all, or most of what Spec Ops does. If you separate what Spec Ops is and try to find various elements that make it so interesting, you can find decent amount of games that can scratch that itch. My list of games that I think somehow gave me a similar feeling or I know focus more or less on similar topics. Some are far fetched, but as I said, there is nothing exactly like Spec Ops. I am not gonna elaborate on them, sometimes they are anti-war, sometimes they tell a story through gameplay like Spec Ops, sometimes they are about losing your mind etc.:

- Metal Gear Series
- This War of Mine
- Valiant Hearts
- Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice
- Little Inferno
- The Last of Us
- Far Cry 3
- Silent Hill 2
- Papers, Please
- Disco Elysium
- Planescape: Torment
- Wolfenstein: The New Order & Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus
- Metro series
- Night in the Woods
- Lamplight City

I'd recommend This War of Mine if you're interested in the anti-war message

Call of Duty: Black Ops 1 is pretty similar. Both modern military shooters with a trippy, mind-bending plot.

Still trying to figure out what the numbers mean

Apparently they actually did mean something. Someone on the internet did some Fox Mulder levels of conspiracy theory reasoning and actually decoded the numbers into a message. Pretty wild stuff. You can find the secret message and how they solved it on a Steam forum somewhere.

If you are searching for a game that portrays the horrors of war, Homefront...but don't play the sequel.
