Fatal Error - Filename not found

Was a solution to this problem ever found
This game was released years ago, for ♥♥♥♥'s sake
this is beyond pathetic

its a old bug of this game and comes from time to time. But Improtend, and mostly importand for Noteboock users! On every Error Report, the Game greates a Dump.txt report (mostly) that is up to 1,2 to 1,5 Gig on size ! After some Crashes, you will lost a lot of working space.

Go to Dockuments
My Games
Spec Ops the Line (folder)
SRGame (folder)
LOGS (folder)

all files in this LOGS folder, can be delited for saving HDD space.

no me funciona el juego
aparece la primera pagina y cuando intenta arrancar sale un mensaje en el que pone spec ops the line dejo de funcionar
windows intentará buscar la solución
y por último aparece un lista del tipo
adres .... y unos números.

Si sabeis como solucionarlo decidme algo

I can confirm that is working, im using windows 8 64 bits, no need to launch as admin and no need to set compatibility to windows 7 or xp. just check if you have installed the latest xbox live program and microsoft software as well , i will add a link to the screenshot that way i dont type all the software i have installed.
