That means your CPU bottlenecked in those other games.
what is "bottlenecked "?
Means your CPU isn't fast enough to process the data that your GPU is sending to it fast enough. Therefore your GPU isn't being used to it's fullest potential. Picture someone pouring a big bucket of water into a thin funnel. The funnel isn't capable of allowing that much water through at once so the water overflows.....(performance wasted). Now picture that same bucket with a much larger funnel. This funnel is able to allow more water to pass through than the bucket can even dispense....so with all those games you listed...your CPU is holding back performance. High GPU usage is good (when a game is optimized right and running smoothly.) High CPU usage and low GPU usage is bad.

Its normal to all games. If your GPU not reaching 95%-100% there might be something wrong with your GPU.

i can set %, max fps and temp with cpu and gpu. If i would not use that app, maybe it would be 100%, but i dont have any problems with any game. I am playing VR games a lot. I think i will give up on this game. Just refunded. Thanks and Have a nice day! :ilike:

This game was way easier on my 1080 Ti than most games I play. I am play. Usually they make it sound like a harrier jet, but it kept pretty cool and quiet for this game on max settings and 1440P
