Question about the Lugo Heavy scene (SPOILERS)

I just played through the game for the third time, and on the last chapter when Walker hallucinates the heavy as Lugo, he managed to kill me and then.... not the regular loading screen appeared, but something else, something f.king scary. A white background, which is constantly flashes and i assume i saw a silhouette popping up in every 5-8 seconds. Can anyone explain me what i just saw? I can't find the scene on youtube as well :O

At 14:00, where Walker dies. Strangely, after the game loads back the regular heavy comes, not Lugo.

Walker suffers from PTSD after you burned those civilians or at least that's where his mind begins to go downhill. He's constantly halucinating, that's all and this "weird loading screen" is the trauma hitting him really hard then.

There are two "strange loading screens" in the game. One where you're supposed to save Adams after the helicopter chrashed and one after "Lugo" tries to kill you. It only appears once everytime you play that part of the game. If you can't recognise what the loading screen is showing (even after replaying the game) then i think you should pay a little more attention.

I remember when I encountered this, it was like 2am and damn, I just watched at the tv screen when this scene was over. Did not touch control for a while.

It's crazy how deep this game is. It can show me new things even after 3 playthroughs...
