Any page to buy this key dlc??

She's not available to buy anymore due to licencing issues (basically they didn't renew the licence). Yes, this always sucks.

It has made me very angry because I found out late (a month, basically)

As far as I know there are no CD keys for this DLC, but you might want to make sure with SteamDB and look on key-selling sites.

And I agree 100% that missing out on something because the licence expired is insanely frustrating. Not only that, it basically gives no recourse to people who want to do things the legal way, whether it's to actually own the content (or at least a licence) or to support the people behind it.

I don't know much aside from certified resellers (Humble, Fanatical, Greenman Gaming, Gamesplanet...), but I don't think they have any DLC if they even have the game. If I had to take a guess, the DLC was only distributed through Steam except for review copies sent as CD keys, so chances of finding it even on grey market sites seem slim to me. Sorry...

there is a software that unlocks the dlc, I used it for fatal bullet since I own all the dlcs on ps4 but wanted them on pc too. (it doesnt let you keep them just lets you play with them for as long as you have the game installed but you wont be able to play online I think)
