Is it a platformer? Puzzle game?

I finished The Grey Man, and want to play through it again. When I restart, I have 100 humans, access to the whole map, and all my abilities. There are no humans on the ground, including the rave.

Hi guys! Been playing the game for almost an hour but I do not understand very well whats the point of it. I am supposed to abduct humans, allright, but when arrived to the end of the last scene, it appears a number that blinks for a sec next to me. And that's it, cannot continue. I've repeated the scene and captured more humans than before so the number that blinks has decreased this time, but still cannot continue. what are the controls ? i just discovered u is for the teleport thing but no options , nothing is told i m always killed by the ranger i could do nothing ... wtf is this game ?
