How about my old school Microsoft Force Feedback 2 joystick. Anyone with experience on AC7 with this joystick. Don't want to drop $80 on the new game if I have to go buy a $150 joystick.

@Fatulation Sorry for not wanting to spend $60 on a controller for the XB1 that I don't own, when I already have a joystick made for PC.

AC7 doesn't even support old HOTAS flight sticks. LOL. Let alone any cheap gamepad. Do not buy.

@ B ú § h î d ö - mouse and keyboard do not work well with flight games. Some people can't use controllers.

There's also the fact that we can play 25 year old flight games with a flight stick from 2 years ago, while a modern game running on a very open engine that doesn't support basic flight stick remapping is a joke.. especially when they admit to supporting only certain ones.

when the hotas x does not work in the game on PC with its same layout and drivers that just got updated late last year you know this whole thing is a con. I bought the game not even thinking there would be a problem I have sent a support ticket to namco but who thinks they will just fob me off with yeah not going to ever support your stick buy the same thing all over again if you want it.

if you really want to buy this game + that freaking flight stick, you will soon find out that stick is not as useful as other flight sticks when playing other games...

Then, actually, you are spending nearly twice as much money as it should be...

You can use any flight stick with the game, just takes a couple extra steps! Download an Xbox 360 controller emulator and map it to your flight stick. If you have trouble setting it up, toss me a message and i'll help walk you through it.
