Is multiplayer still active?

I want to 100% this game, and unfortunately this game has multiplayer achievements. I could use SAM to get those but I want to do this legit.
Is there people playing online? And if there's still people playing, what's the most active time people play? Preferably with time zone attached pls.

Whenever I checked there was usually at least one lobby up, sometimes it was a few available, and rarely no open lobbies. The problem is team deathmatch mode, these are truly hard to get as they require 4 people to start and do not have late join unlike battle royales so you gotta stick around and stare at the screen just to get the thing running... The second worst achievement is the singleplayer campaign 76500 km. Also I suggest you to get the multiplayer medals first before getting most of singleplayer ones. As the last ones are like, speedrun the campaign, do no-hit campaign, only gun run... and only singleplayer medal will proc the achievement.
