Weapon (gun and missile improvement) mods in multiplayer

Do stat-changing mods like missile improvements and enhanced machine gun gets carried to multiplayer? I only want to use these mods in campaign mode, i don't know if these mods can give unfair advantage in multiplayer, so i always turned them off when i specifically want to grind with multiplayer.

Sadly yes, which is why the community isn't too friendly about mods being used, most mods are either reskins or weapon upgrades anyway.
