Are team death match achievements basically impossible to get now?

Should I even bother trying to 100% this game? I didn't expect "Sortied 50 times in Team Death Matches" to be the most impossible achievement.

It's possible... XD You know the games like Tomb Raider 2013 and Rise of Tomb Raider 2016 have kinda dead multiplayer mode but still can be played. People organize on the forums or some groups or wherever else to get the games going :D

If you would like to unlock it the "natural" way then it is so stupid. Waiting for the lobby to appear or waiting for ppl to join and not leave, until you get 4 ppl in, madness...

the worst thing is how it is setup
tdm should be the default mode NOT ffa, in what world do you just fight every jet in the air, in front, behind, above, below, you vs 7... something went really wrong
ffa is in that regard just a meme mode for the 6-8 aam crowd

it should also be possible to start tdm with uneven teams and hotjoin, but nope you don't even get the option to set that up, it's just locked out... seriously...

and the worst you get a tdm lobby everybody leaves after the 1st or 2cnd round played, why?
do you all have the win 50 tdm matches achievement?
do you all think the randomizer puts you in the same team comp then the 1st match (it doesn't), which you might have lost, so you think you lose again, you probably wont since you get a different teamcomp

you can't even use tdm to set up a 1v1 LOL
anyway tdm should be the standart mp mode

this achievement is one of the very first multiplayer ones i got, the only real tip i can give is playing when the game is on sale, those usually create an influx of newbies who head straight to multiplayer before even completing the campaign

imo this achievement woukd be 10000% easier to get if team deathmatch had a hot join option like battle royal

Idk if it worth only you can tell, when i play those 50 matchs i get a lot of fun but the entire system is made so damn bad, but if you want to get it, Play TDM in the weekends cause is when most of the players are online, and if you don't see a lobby make yourself one BUT you have to be very patience until you get enough players, normally the people who need this achievement have enough patience too (cause you need to be a Pair number of player to start the match, if you have 5 you have to wait maybe 10 minutes until someone get in or out, its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ), also try to connect with other players in your region via discord or forums

Achievements related to tdm are get MVP once while on the winning team I think, and play (not win) 20 and 50 matches respectively. Battle royale is the same kinda, but you can start lobby when it's just 2 people and you can join already existing ones via late join that quickly end since they were up for some time so you get +1 match to the "counter" relatively fast. TDM sucks because people are impatient and I don't blame them. You cannot late join, you cannot start without 3 other people, you cannot start if number of players is not even. I agree getting a 1v1 via this mode would be helpful for the achievement, but... it wouldn't be a "team". Tbf the multiplayer achievements should be just play 20/50 or 50/100 multiplayer matches without pointing out the mode.

I did it a few years ago, the servers are still up and people play. You only need to win once, so mostly just go in do your best. You will eventually get into a lobby with fellow noobs or people not trying.

the trick is to create your own room on normal Deahtmach and change it to TDM when you get 4 players
