Do the DLCs ever go on sale?

I was excited to see the game on sale again (hoping to buy the DLC). but to my surprise they are not, just the base game. Does this happen all of the time or do they eventually go on sale? Thanks

they're on sale like 50% of the time? i don't exactly know the pattern. however they were on sale during the autum and winter sales, so i'm expecting them to be on sale by late november
