They have an excuse to do so in the form of region locking a Steam game, because we all know how much Japanese gamers love PC gaming, right?

I think I also mentioned Gundam Extreme VS Maxi Boost On being indicative of their dissatisfaction towards the PC platform. Keep in mind that EXVSMBON is from the same developers as Ace Combat 7

If we want the creators of AC7 to keep making PC games, I think the most we can do is hope that whatever convinced Square-Enix's internal studio to keep making PC games will also be used on Bandai Namco Studios.

I'd argue that the port is actually better than SoulCalibur VI and Tales of Berseria, both games are from the same developers. However, I think our complaining about AC7 is indicative of our undeserving of Japanese PC games, hence why they neglected to port Gundam Extreme VS Maxi Boost ON and also guarantee iM@S: Starlit Season's failure on Steam

We were also similarly whiny about Code Vein, too.

Was replying to OP, who called AC7's PC port "retarded" and the only reason he gave as to why is that the Steam community is a flaming pile of garbage. Also besides the Steam forum the other AC communities are really chill, so i don't think we are that undeserving of a PC port. Who cares about Steam forums anyway, pretty much most of them are garbage regardless of the game.

The moment I looked at this, the moment I grabbed a snack and watch the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ from the comfort of my seat.
