should there be an ace combat game featuring ww2 planes

I'm thinking the next ace combat should take place in ww2 planes, from watching ww2 movies it seems like airbattles where far more iconic and more demanding then in a jet, maybe more challenging because in ww2 plane you can't lock and shoot them down from miles away, it would be interesting to see if erusea even had their version of ww2, I mean they had to have use p-51 and spitfires at some time in history.

but that was a wii game. I hated the wii, I feel like the wii and wii u was worse than the virtual boy.

Regardless, Sky Crawlers was probably a relatively inexpensive way for PA to test the idea of a prop plane flight combat game. My guess is that it didn't get enough traction for them to bring the idea into the AC IP nor make a sequel.
