But, if you prefer a deathwish with EG mod, the Gauntlet difficulty patch is there as well.
Hmm... Interested on difficulty mods certainly, although I am not going to bother with start with 99% damage received BS though... AA guns in this game are pretty damn accurate. Increased number of varying difficulty of enemies.
That is a thought, BUT, I first want to complete my gun only run... Homecoming, Lost Kingdom, Lighthouse and Dark Blue are remaining... I have been taking it probably a bit too slowly and have been quite distracted with other games, I completed Battle for Farbanti and Last Hope.
I almost made a critical error during mission 15 (Battle for Farbanti) when I was done with sinking few bigger ships and several small ones with MGP and MG, I started riddling the grounded Aegis, without noticing that I am relatively low on ammo about 550 on MGP and time was running out on for me to get resupply... I had to get seriously careful with MGP ammo when Sol Squadron flied into the fray.
it also completely heals you.
...but yeah, the complete heal from the checkpoint is a tad cheaty though.
