Winning games as idolplane squads and feeling cool.
MP is much different from campaign, and you'll most likely find people that play this game for more thsn 500 hours, so they can be quite the challenge to new players like you.
First of all, a clarification for the things that you have mentioned here:
- This missile you were talkimg about in the 2 first points is most likely QAAM, it is especifically the best missile homing-wise in the game, it has a lock angle close to 180° and loop around if they miss, so they can be quite annoying to deal with sometimes.
- A maxed out damage EML will deal, on average, 95% damage to planes that have the bulletproof tank lv2 part, so I guess you were not using parts to improve its damage, or using the CFA-44 dual EML, which deals only half the damage per-shot.
- Those turns are called "Post Stall Maneuvers", or PSM for short (don't confuse this with high-g turns), these are a mechanic in the game that allows some planes to perform drifts and really tight turns, and trust me, they're easily exploitable. You'll probably find videos of people using them to do things like reverse flights or for duels, considering that they're the main mechanic used in 1v1s.
- The reason everyone is probably targeting you is because you're a new player, so people in the lobby consider you an easy target to farm points.
------------------------------------------
So... you may be asking: how can I counter these things? I'll give you some advice on how to start and improve in MP in general:
1. Make sure to have Lv.2 parts
If you don't want to get absolutely destroyed, you MUST have lv2 parts equiped on your plane, especially missile homing parts, these are essential.
(In case you're wondering they can be found on the bottom of the aircraft tree).
2. Use a good plane
As a new player, don't expect to go in a match with a F-14D and win, you'll have to use something stronger.
I think the Rafale M is the best choice for beginners, it has top maneuverbility, above average stats and reliable Sp.W, which in this case is HCAA.
3. Make a good build
Builds are REALLY important, depending on what parts you put on your plane it can greatly improve its performance. I'll give you a Rafale M (HCAA) build here.
I'll be naming some parts in a short way, so in case you don't find one with that specific name, check their descriptions.
Light Blisk lv.2
Flaps lv.3
Superior M. lv.2
Bulletproof Tank lv.2
Sp.w Damage lv.2
Sp.w Homing lv.2
Sp.w Ammo lv.2
Sp.w Reload lv.2
Once you use this, you'll surely feel a major improvement.
As a conclusion, if you are really willing to improve in MP, it will be tough, you will fall and find yourself frustrated a lot of times, however make sure to never give up; keep trying and practicing.
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask them.
Good luck!
I don't blame anyone who is new for being not good at the games.

Oh I don`t know..how about competent match making that pits players against those of similar levels..you know like ANY competent multiplayer game has been doing for decades?
I have played in some MP games for Ace Combat and I got a few L2 unlocks just by spamming 6AAM until I get a few lucky kills, I am more competitive now with the unlocks but it is a pain.
I really wish they had the competitive Co-op from ACi, it was a fun way to pass the time and make progress.
