Triple Monitor setup

I've found a couple of posts in here and other places, but no clear solution on how to get a triple monitor setup going for this game. I have a Nvida graphics card, not sure the model matters in this case. Any help or links appreciated!

I should add I use Nvidia GeForce surrond option, so my default windows is triple monitor, and triple monitor support works fine in other games.
AC7 is currently set to 5760x1080 Resolution, but it only displays on one screen.

Did it worked for you? I have a RTX 2060 and 3 monitors. Nvidia surround is activated. The resolution is also 5760x1080. The monitors are the same model.

Iam using 3 screens as well , Nvidia surround is on (is always on ) , and no problems with other games , but this one shows my resolution 7680x1080p (or 7680x 1440) but still only one screen is being used in fullscreen or borderless . ~ I'll try a few more times with different settings , log out then back in on every change as see what transpires .

Well , multiple tries on my RTX 3080 Ultra 12gig and my 3 LG ultrawides .... and still no go on getting the three screens to do the surround . Kinda pissed atm !

i have a 49" and the same problem in the right resolution, kind of ♥♥♥♥
