Application load error 3:0000065432

Can someone please help me with this. Since some time ago, everytime i try to launch the game i get the error shown in the title and the game doesn't launch.

I tried everything, reinstalling game, verifying integrity of game files, i even reïnstalled steam and updated my drivers but nothing works.

Has anyone a solution for this please?

If your GPU is overclocked, try setting it to stock levels.
I wish i had more suggestions.

Thank you for your answer. I finally found out what was keeping me from launching this game. Apparently my anti-virus blocked it for the one reason or the other so after completely disabling my anti-virus i managed to launch the game. Even making exceptions to the firewall didn't help.

I'll just leave this here so hopefully this might help someone with the same problem in the future.
