I can't use my Mad Catz V.1 Stick in-game

I have this control for a while, it remains pointed good condition, I have tested the controller by my computer and everything is quiet. But when I try to use within the game, no button or movement gives the appropriate response...
Has anyone here ever had this problem? And you know how to solve it?
