Three Stripes Decal

I played the campaign and changed the decals at some point. Now i am playing the game again and for immersion reasons, i want to use the three stripes decal again but i do not have it on any plane?!
Also tried switching through the skins, does not work either

FG, Spare and Strider decals are free to use on any mission once you beat the entire single player.
When you finish selecting your SP weapon, parts and plane, go to the "Skins" option and you should see the options for FG, Spare and Strider.

I can use those, but not the three scratches. If i remember correctly, Trigger used his own Decal, consisting of three stripes or scratches, as a reminder for his prison time.
That is the decal everyone is referencing to in the campaign "look at the plane with the three scratches!"
But i can not find that one anymore. Are my memories about this wrong? Or was that removed perhaps?

it should be either strider squadron skin, or spare squadron skin.

You either fly with the normal Spare/Strider skin or make your own skins.

Yes, i realized it is hardly visible sometimes. It is on the skins, not an emblem.
Was my own blindness not to see it, though it is a shame that it is not an emblem
