The idea of remastering previous AC games

So I'm been wondering (Along with some of the AC community), there should be a remaster on some of the pervious installments like Shattered Skies, Unsung War, Zero, and Electrosphere.

Now what says you on this? Give your thoughts on it. I know I'm not the only one who thought of it before.

X remaster would be nice since the PSP is kinda limiting.
Aside from that no remasters. Make a new game.

Several companies have been making AC-like games, some still continue to do so.

a remake, in other words
it actually was already remade for the 3DS and it is not as good as it sounds

AC5 Unsung War was already remastered on PS4. Its a great game and they did a good job with the remaster. Moreover, I would say that AC4, AC5, and Zero are all similar enough that the AC5 remaster is good enough to scratch that itch.

Alternatively, PCSX2 will emulate all 3 games on PC. However, they are not close enough to remasters since the emulation needs to be run in software mode to avoid glitches. So currently just running at original PS2 resolution.

PCSX2 is constantly being updated every few hours so eventually we will be able to enjoy these games close enough to a remaster quality using hardware mode. I install the latest dev builds frequently to check on it.

With AC7 PC, AC6 XBOXONE, and AC5 Remaster PS4, I would say we are doing good enough and prefer they spend time on AC8 instead of remasters.

For AC8, they should add back in all the fun things missing from AC7 that were in the previous games. For example, control of your Ai Wingmen(AC5), the ability to save the replays(AC6) , and colored missile smoke(AC6) etc...

Lastly, they really ought to fix this AC7 graphical glitch before focusing on AC8.

Its there on both PS4 and PC versions so its with the game itself and not a PC hardware/software issue. So the correct fix would be to patch the game so its fixed on all platforms. However, I am hoping an experienced UE4 modder/programmer will come along and help fix the PC version.

Ace Combat 7 is the sequel to 6 so why is it not here.

What about that one space mission on AC3? Can that be included?

I started with AC4. I didn't play any PS1 AC games. However, I did play the Airforce Delta and Aerowings series of games on Dreamcast.

I just watched youtube video on AC3 Zero Gravity mission. That looked pretty cool. Since its the only AC space mission they should bring it back too.

6 doesn't need to be remastered and 7 isn't a direct sequel to it as they are completely unrelated despite being part of the same universe.
