Fleet Destruction unless you count CAMPAIGN ONLY Dark Blue. Dark Blue in campaign gives 800-900k on the first time during that campaign run but Free Mission Dark Blue or hitting Continue instead of Restart Story and playing back up to Dark Blue only gives 100k

If you dont wanna put up with Hugin and Munin, Long day and Fleet Destruction are the better options.

Starting the campaign again, you get something called round bonus.

For me it's either Fleet Destruction or the Anchorhead Raid (the latter may not be the most efficient, but I really like the mission so it makes it more enjoyable to just replay it for cash).

Yes, the bonus gets bigger the higher the difficulty.
Aim for S ranks and try to stack the other bonuses like No Damage and Guns only and you get paid big money.
