Mission 20 "Dark Blue" NORMAL difficulty S rank

So. I've beaten the game on HARD and gotten S rank on all missions. I've beaten the game on ACE and got S ranks on all missions. But I cannot, for the life of me, get an S rank on NORMAL difficulty on Mission 20 "Dark Blue". I thought it had to do with time, so after an hour, I got in a run in 4 minutes and 34 seconds using the X-02 with EML, but no S rank. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong here or why its taking me so long to get an S rank on this mission while on normal when it took me one try to get it on ace. Can someone help me please?

Compare your scores and you get it

Use F22 with QAAM, enhanced homing, special missile take off weight aug, and missile flight.
Make sure both UAVs deploy their weapon UAVs, you need to destroy 4 of them on top of beating the mission in under 10 minutes.

Make sure you destroy at least one WEAPON UAV, otherwise the score is not enough.
