Ace Combat 6 on PC?

Only on Xbox 360 and through backwards compatibility on Xbox One I'm afraid.

PC versions of the older titles would be fantastic. I only paid attention to the series in the leadup to the release of 6 and I'm regretting missing out on the others, especially 4, 5 and 0, which from what I gather are considered the "golden" trilogy.

You can get a PS2 emulator on your PC and play all three of them easily.

True enough. Console versions of AC7 got a remastered edition of 5 as a preorder bonus though. However, the level of BAMCO jank I'm sure would plague any attempt at PC ports would do more harm than good.

Amen to that. Plus it'd be helpful for any newcomers who are lost to the setting and whatnot (I can't imagine many of them would know what the hell Stonehenge is meant to be or the deal with Belka).

I wanna play AC6 so bad, I think it has the best graphics of any AC game, but it's XBOX only. Microsoft owns XBOX, so what's the deal with no PC release? It's been out for YEARS!

It takes more than just copy game files and put an .exe file to make it run on pc.. Microsoft would never bother investing in a game like ac6, cause it cant make money.

I hear the AC5 bonus for PS4 preorders was made from scratch (its a different version from the PS Store and has different UI elements and small improvements) while AC6 for Xbone uses emulation and has some flaws.

Neither are feasible for PC sadly although they hinted at before they were hiring a team to port the other games. It is likely that version of AC5 along with AC4, Zero and perhaps even 6 will be released into the future.

It would be sub par at best. "Fly with the angels!" "Why don't you fly with the angels?" "General, fly with the angels!".

A port of ace combat zero on other hand would be lovely, a remaster with 7's graphics even better.
