Standard VS Deluxe Version.

I opened a ticket on the same issue and question though I wonder if anyone else knows the details of the two versions of the game.

I had purchased the standard launch edition not realizing the mistake till recently and tried to go back to the store to purchase the deluxe edition, however it claims that I already have the game. This isn't the first time I had not got the deluxe edition of something, however if I ever went to purchase the deluxe edition, it would take off from the game itself then add the deluxe total, recognizing that I had the game.

Here, it seems as if I am locked out from purchasing the Deluxe Edition, and I pre-purchased this! What does this mean? Do I have to Make a Return and Repurchase as Deluxe? Do I lose out on the Pre-Purchase Bonuses if I do? Will the Deluxe Edition be unlocked in the future as it is still a new game? Or am did I lose out completlly from the Deluxe Edition?

most likely you'll have to wait for them to release a 'standard to delux' update pack (if they do) that'll cost the difference.

the standard version of the game now comes with the bonus we got for prepurchasing til april.. which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.. and the season pass is $34aud
which takes you to all the content... the delux version works out $6 more expensive than buying seperatly AND the only bonus u get is a crappy plane that u can only fly in free mode anyway

So are you saying that the pre-order bonuses are still available till april? Also I really wanted the F-4, it always was a staple of the AC series as the first aircraft and I really wanted the Yellow 13 skin. Which is what the bonus for pre-order gave me. Though when going through and reading, I thought everything was for the pre-order, the skins and the emblems and all the other. I just realized that stuff was missing and now I realized why, no deluxe.

Also, to me it sounds as if no one is still sure if there will even be an option to upgrade to deluxe.

Older thread but just to help others curious:
"The deluxe edition comes with the base game, the season pass and eight in-game emblems: Aquila, Aquila: Low Vis., Wardog, Wardog: Low Vis., Garuda, Garuda: Low Viz., Gryphus, Gryphus: Low Vis.)" according to 'sources on the Internet' which I will try to confirm here when I purchase.

Deluxe is just the standard with the season pass, from my recollection only a few other skins are pre order DLC like the Razgriz F14 and the Solo Wing Pixy F15 skins.
