Sky and cloud unload issue

my game is not loading sky and cloud.
i tried everythig that re-install, graphic driver, re-boot, graphic option, etc.

my PC spec is
Ryzen5 1600 3.7Ghz Over
GTX 1070
DDR4 19200 2.933Mhz 16Gb

What can I do?

This is a long shot: But have you tried running the UE4 Prereq Setup that is found in path/to/steamapps/common/AC7/engine/extras/redist?
2 more suggestions, in nVidia settings, make sure you set GPU to performance, also make sure you don't have any presets in nVidia over riding the games settings.

yes i did but not working even delete and re-install.

What OS are you both running? You BOTH didn't say, and that's pretty important.

You have a driver issue that I for the live of me can not understand. Yes, send that to devs, with screenshots and way more specs, because you both didn't say what OS you are on or what version of the OS specifically (for W10 this matters more than you'd think) also you guys are running any AV? What AV specifically? Any background apps? Riva tuner? Any USB headphones or something like that?

1. OS
Windows10 64bit
many many people's using this that is not the cause i think.

2. AV
Kaspersky Free
i tried to turn off this but doesn't work.
maybe work fine if delete program.

3. Background apps
nope. nothing.

4. USB
doesn't work when every usb disconnect except keyboard and mouse.
This looks like TrueSky is failing to load. Try verifying the game files, as the TrueSky middleware may have been corrupted upon installation.
TrueSky dll resides here ( \steamapps\common\ACE COMBAT 7\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Simul\Win64 ) and if the dll is there then it should load.

Though you could try deleting it, and then re-verify the game via steam.

Do that (reverify) with AV disabled.
And if it wasn't there, or even if it was corrupted, you should get a Red-X application exception and the game shouldn't even run, but it's obviously a TrueSky related issue and this is the only thing I can think of.

I assume drivers are completely up to date?

Try exiting steam, and restarting steam too.

all drivers are updated. M/B, VGA.
also I thought TrueSky is the cause and verified all files but there was no problems.

i tried to delete .dll and verify with steam but just re-download again automatally and not working.
AV is not filtering .dll file.

Then you really have to contact support. I have no idea how that is even possible, UE4 should throw an exception if it failed to load to begin with.. but yeha, strange issue.
