F-104C -AV- Can't use?

Yush, i just noticed then in some reason in story, i can't use F-104C -AV- -plane. Those looks black in selection screen & other was white that i can choose, even i own the plane.

Plane say, it's not have any weapons so, you can only use in "free flight". So, can i equiment plane in some point with weapons so, i can use this in story & battle?

Its only for free flight cause its an unarmed version of the F-104C that you get via the campaign.

You cant equip it with Weapons.But of course the Campaign version as i wrote.

You can unlock a F-104C combat version in the game. I'm not sure how I unlocked mine. Somewhere around mission 4. I has SAAM, rocket pods, and some high explosive air to air missle.

The F-104C -AV- is the aircraft Avril "Scrap Queen" Mead builds in the opening sequence of the campaign. This is why it's tagged -AV- for Avril. She straight up says it has no weapons, no IFF, and is purely built for speed. It isn't meant to be a combat capable aircraft and is just thrown in as an aircraft for the "I want to fly the jet Avril built" crowd.
