same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ issue, menu's are SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW.
this is not an issue with peoples hardware, there's faulty programming to blame here.
sent this topic to the above support mail + details of the issue.
let's hope they resolve this fast.
Yes! You are correct! I use an external USB DAC as my audio device and after turning it off and using monitor's speakers the issue is gone. Thank you for your contribution.
I hope that gets fixed soon
1 Minute wait to launch
1 minute wait after splash/logos
1 minute wait to next tier of options (i was trying to go to settings)
EDIT:
i7-4790K CPU
GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
24GB ram
Installed on SSD.
After reading the post on audio, I disabled any audio that wasn't my headphones, restarted my PC, and it's running again - I will update after another couple hours of gameplay.

Seems good so far - crazy spot.
my headset is a corsair H2100
Wow, awesome catch. Fixed it for me. I'm running 3 monitors. Disabled all sound devices to everything except my speakers. Also, ditched my USB hub and re-plugged my mouse & PS3 controller. Shutdown PC and restarted, now it's working like it's suppose to.
Thank you.
My headphones are HyperX Cloud Flight (bluetooth)
