I don't know man, the game works like a charm for me.

Absolutely no problems whatsoever for now.

And i can't be biased, i'm an HAWX fan ;)

i am having the same loading problem. My specs are well past the recommended and i have tried installing the game on both a HDD and SSD with the same results. I also have the issue of my task manager telling me the game is not responding whenever i click on any menu. Eventually the game responds but it is a 60 second wait every single time!!!.

Freshly installed this game on a high end computer on an SSD.
(Windows 8.1 64bit | i7 - 7700k | 32GB Ram | GTX 1070 | Samsung 840 pro ssd )
same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ issue, menu's are SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW.
this is not an issue with peoples hardware, there's faulty programming to blame here.

sent this topic to the above support mail + details of the issue.

let's hope they resolve this fast.

For me, I can get it to stop temporarily by rebooting and verifying the game. It lasts long enough to do one or two missions before the bug starts again.

Ok guys, i've tried different tweaks to try to pinpoint the cause of this issue. Almost sure that it's related to AUDIO. The freezes, the cinematic or briefings stutters, i really think it's related to audio issue. If you use USB audio (DAC or Headset or external audio card), if you use HDMI output etc... Try using your original analog integrated audio card and set it to 16bits 44,1 Hz. It may solve your issues for now... Let me know if it works for you. BR

Yes! You are correct! I use an external USB DAC as my audio device and after turning it off and using monitor's speakers the issue is gone. Thank you for your contribution.

I hope that gets fixed soon

Bump - I had 5 hours of blazing fast loading times - Then suddenly my controller stopped working. I reset my computer to see if it would work - the controller was working but then i had load times of 1 minute and more.
1 Minute wait to launch
1 minute wait after splash/logos
1 minute wait to next tier of options (i was trying to go to settings)

EDIT:
i7-4790K CPU
GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
24GB ram
Installed on SSD.

I tried the audio thing - but i use the regular mic/headphone plugs ; Non-USB>> But the thing is, the controller that i was using has an audio driver, and when the game started freezing, and disconnected/reconnected for a second ; windows said : "do you want to play audio from this device"
After reading the post on audio, I disabled any audio that wasn't my headphones, restarted my PC, and it's running again - I will update after another couple hours of gameplay.

Wow, awesome catch. Fixed it for me. I'm running 3 monitors. Disabled all sound devices to everything except my speakers. Also, ditched my USB hub and re-plugged my mouse & PS3 controller. Shutdown PC and restarted, now it's working like it's suppose to.

Thank you.
