good way to grind the MRP?

MP is the fastest way from what I can tell. Certainly from a time to MRP ratio where you can get 100,000 MRP after a 5 minute MP round.

Multiplayer (although at the moment it's hard if you don't have all the multiplayer-only aircraft parts upgrades).

If not, play the annihilation missions (Mission 6, 8, 11).

but those mission is real pain in the ass
what about mission 19?

on ace my mission 19 run gives 250k for 20 mins. still slower then mp but better then other missions. that was with the whole map cleared of enemies and named aces downed.

It's pretty easy to net around 100K on mission 11 normal. Try flying the F/A 18 Hornet with the EML.

Hit the ships on the right first, then once you destroy the fleet head to the large marine platform north of the fleet. Use the EML on the support columns and just go back and forth from end to end destroying each column, taking out all the CIWS, AA, and SAMs, with each section.

Do this quickly enough and you'll have a good 5 or 6 minutes to spare to destroy the other platforms.

I also suggest this. but with an aircraft with with Pulse Laser. (Su-57 or F-15C)
Destroy the fleet, then when you reach the platforms in the open, just fly between them, it has enough space for you to fly through. If you go slow enough while holding down the PLSL, you can destroy the entire run way platform in one go. Pick off the rest by shooting at the CORE of the remaining 3 platform, then waste the rest of the PLSL ammo on the ships and aircraft in the are before heading for supply. You'll still have a lot of time to mop up the platforms in the valley. 150k+ for 15 mins, This one is my go to mission..
