The only solution i tried that worked is to disable the texture streaming by editing Engine.ini file in APP Data.

Add those lines

[SystemSettings]
r.MaxAnisotropy=16
r.TextureStreaming=0
r.SceneColorFringe.Max=0
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0

r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0

You can also try this instead:

[SystemSettings]
r.MaxAnisotropy=16
r.Streaming.FullyLoadUsedTextures=True
r.Streaming.HLODStrategy=2

Just note that r.SceneColorFringe.Max and r.SceneColorFringeQuality do not impact the way textures are loaded. Also, r.MaxAnisotropy is linked to texture streaming, so disabling it completely remove Anisotropy. The setting I listed just above allows textures to be loaded fully and at maximum filtered details.

Where is the Engine.ini? I can't seem to find it or even the app data folder.

Nevermind! I just read this article which gave the filepath. https://steamcommunity.com/app/502500/discussions/0/1777135944140331772/?ctp=2

For me, the filepath was [edited]:

C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment\ACE COMBAT 7\Config

Thanks to Gustavo Veiga and Yiryi-Sa, I can now enjoy AC7!

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
