Keyboard controls?
Hey guys how is the keyboard controls? i love ace combat since i was a elementary student and planning to get this game. i never use a controller before on a pc and played ace combat 6 on a keyboard no problem but is it hader here to control the aircraft? "im still learning english sorry"

I heard they are not very good. I'd recommend getting a 360 controller they are pretty much cheap.

Remap the controls to the Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X controls and it is great.

The mouse rebinding is the problem as you can't have chose which axis's do what.

the default key mapping is horrendous, just reset them to your liking and u will be fine

I've actually found the mouse + keyboard controls great. I HATE using a controller, and generally will not play a game that requires me to do so. Despite what people in these forums have said I think the game controls great with mouse + keyboard.

Yep, fly with mouse, throttle and rudder using keyboard, and alt+mouse to freelook. Works great.

I just bought the game for pc.
The controls are horrible. I have a Thrustmaster T.16000M. Problem is 2 accelerator. Reacts on both. I have to put 1 half way and push the other full forward to get max speed. Still need the keyboard to confirm commands. 3 different buttons to confirm for different things. F1, ENTER, ESC. This game is specially design for consoles. And to make a fast buck they don't support hotas.

the controls arei have use is in "assault horizon". i have beaten the games like 15 times now using that control and i love it. been waiting a good AC game on pc because the last AC i have played is AC: Unsung war. been loving this game
