AC5 Unsung War on PS4 will not be available as a standalone game
According to Kono's interview in Japanese game magazine, he stated that the game will not be available as a standalone game and the only way to get the game is to pre-order AC7. Plus, the digital code will be stopped given in February.

I think there are rumors of a PS4/XB1 port collection for the older Ace Combat games. It is likely that Ace Combat 5 will be something akin to a demo for that anthology

I doubt it. Even if we can protect the developers' faith in PC gaming, there exists a difference in standards as to what an HD remake should be between PC and consoles.

On consoles, an HD remake is just a widescreen patch

On PC, please refer to the graphical upgrade between Serious Sam 1 and Serious Sam HD
