Yes. Just do the same thing you do with a controller.

I'd say reassign the button for high g maneuver to somewhere more convenient; then between the speed of 400-500, hold the key first before you pitch the plane. You'll notice there is a slight animation and a woosh if you did it right.

Though, only some planes are able to do PSM (SU-30SM, F-35, F-22, the berkut to name a few.

Well, I'm not a type of keyboard user when playing this game, but a little advice: make sure that you are pressing the correct button for doing PSM while at the speed of 300-400 km/h (or below 500, maybe... 450?). For gamepads, pressing accelerate and decelerate keys at a precise moment while at the required speed should do the trick.

Also, not all planes are PSM-capable. Check this; even a low-tier MiG-29 can do PSM:

Also note that as per Acepedia[acecombat.fandom.com] you need to stop pitching (and possibly rolling) the plane (i.e. no "stick" input), press the relevant throttle buttons, then pitch/roll to do the PSM you want.
