Report a translation problem
Problem is namco hide for some reason support of other no thrustmaster joystick , however most of them are supported. You just need manually configure all buttons and axis in Input.ini file for they.
Why *wouldn't* you want to play any flying game with a flight stick? This is one of the weirder gate keepings I have seen.

Fine, that explains all. The world holds a lot more twisted riches than I believe, who just want to waste money on the games which are PERFECTLY PLAYABLE WITH GAMEPAD.
Hey, it's better than Nintendo selling a $10 chunk of plastic shaped like a wheel for the Wii and Switch just so you can pop your controllers in there and pretend it's a racing wheel while you hold it up in the air.

Personally I don't see the problem so long as the game in question has a first person mode.
