STORY: Does anyone else feel like wanting to see Osea lose a war for once?
Like seriously, Osea's been winning wars since Ace Combat canon was written. I for one would like to see Osea lose.

Doesn't have to be the death of the entire nation, or nuking cities. A forced withdrawal from a conflict is more than enough, just so long as Osea loses a war.

Also, two nameless war-turning aces are from Osea. We should really get a protagonist from another nation featured.

That sounds like IRL America lost the Vietnam War only because they want to eradicate communism there.

Sorry if it was a bit of politics, but yeah, I'd like to see one. Osea is too much taking the glory.

Sum bastards!

I'm still sad we didn't get the chance to defect to Erusea and that the story was just a rehash of 5 but with less interesting wingmen.
Osea doesn't even exist anymore by AC3's storyline so its coming.

More like witnessing Nagase's shuttle to burn and explode when she's facking revealed at the end, again.

Having the ability to desert factions is one of those things that would sure make ace combat great again, rather than a frggin ac5-2.0, with more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like her talking about peace while in combat

Well technically the three major wars of Osea were never "won".
Neither Belka, Yuktobania nor Erusia surrendered, but instead signed mutual cease-fire treaties.
Of course, given the heavily biased terms for Belka, one can say that the Belkan war was won by the Oseans, but really not for the other two wars.

Most notably:
1. Both Circum-Pacific war and Lighthouse War were eventually won by Osea PLUS the loyalists of "the respective other party" (i.e. Yuke and Erusia)
2. Osea did not gain monetary payment, the right to issue punitive measures to their former enemy or territorial gain for these two wars.
3. Especially for Circum-Pacific, the two sides are rather friendly and having a equal, mutual relationship after the war.

Uh...
first, AC7 definitely became far more conservative (to its core elements) due to the failures for some "new experiments" before that, namely ACAH and AC Infinity, so asking for a non-AC5-2.0 here is definitely off.
and second, if you want to see peacemakers crash and burn you're definitely looking in the wrong game. It's a Japanese game, if they make it as aggressive as Americans it won't exist in the Japanese market. (for this, compare "genuine" AC games with the "Americanized" ones like AC6 and ACAH. You should be able to see the clear difference in the storyline.)

Oh and burning Nagase is out of question. The day they do this is the day before furious Japanese fans burn down Bandai Namco.

We don't know. AC3 events happen in the Usea continent.

The main reason they don't repeat Zero is because it sold way bellow expectations, despite so many fans claiming to love it.

Verusa is looking interesting all of a sudden

All thats clearly marked there is Yuktobania, there is room for a handful of more countries over there

Still better than AC6.
If any of the numbered AC games are to be considered a failure it's not going to be ACZ.

6 and 0 are both failures. Maybe they don't deserve it, but they are. They're the only numbered ACs that sold less than a million.
