Not native if history is any example. You will have to do the manual work of ensuring it sees your controller through whatever means, and mapping buttons. At it's core, despite sim elements, it is a console game series.

If it's anything like Assault Horizon (and I realy hope so) you will just have to bind everything yourself in the game options but will otherwise work fine.
