Helicopter equivalent

I maybe in the minority but I really enjoyed Assault Horizon. I can understand the dogfight criticism but I liked the variety with the bomber, AC-130 and the Apache missions.
I know it wasn't perfect and the looping Apache maybe was a bit much.

But I just wondered if others would like to see an Ace Combat equivalent with helicopters.
I think it could be quite fun,
Apache missions being more of a ground purge,
Blackhawk with a mix between door gunner and either delivering or rescuing troops. Imagine having to insert a special ops team on a rooftop avoiding contact on the way.
I would love to see my favourite the Comanche as well stealthing into areas to blow up strategic assets. (I know it never made it past prototype but I love it)
And that's not even touching on the Russian helicopters.

I've tried games like Heliborne and although good is a little too MP focused for my liking.
Comanche 4 is great and Apache Air Assault is ok but I would love something with variety and a nice campaign.

I love those games, I've been slowly working my way through Soviet Strike, it's pretty hard.
I would like a cockpit view as well, I love the immersion and the different designs.

Only one I played was Mercenaries I think but it wasn't really heli-centric.

Hmm... Helicopters are kinda boring. Comparing them with a jet plane makes me only think the game would end up being "meh" at best.

It doesn't have the apache air: Assault qualities, especially because of the very simple flight model, but overall not so bad.

Thank you for the suggestion.
I did play that a while ago, the single player is ok but a bit basic. I liked the controls though, I prefer something a bit more arcade like.

Hey that price range is pretty good might give it a try.
