I seriously would like an AC4 remake and I believe it would be a good idea to make one next.

It's an AC I have never managed to find in the shelves at the time.
I don't have a capable PC for the alternative approach of playing it. I'd rather have it as a PC game anyway.

Having seen a lot of it on YT, I think this could easily reach my top AC games.
I love the OST, I love the whole depressing theme/setting of the game.

The reason I say it's a good time for one is because they already have Stonehenge and Farbanti done in this current gen, plus some of the planes (F22, Su37 even have the skins). I don't think the game has many settings that would take too much work overal, such as cities and unique landscapes.
The cutscenes can work with the same budget that went into 7, or less. I'd prefer if they'd avoid the anime though, but mostly because it clashes with the artstyle of the rest of the game.

I know it's easier said than done, but if it's going to happen, now is the best time.

AC4 also strikes me as one of the most popular AC games, so that would push the hype and popularity a lot.
If PA play their cards right, they could monetize the MP a bit, in a proper way.

You change discs only once, when you choose a story route that requires it. Two endings don't require you to change discs at all IIRC.

That doesn't really tell us anything, it's been 20 years. The only problem is that Bamco would look at the old sales charts and say "yeah, nah". There's a lot of sentiment towards AC3 among the fanbase and PA, considering all the stuff referencing it in AC7. PS2 was simply a much more popular console.

Anyway, while AC3 remake won't happen because PA simply doesn't have funds or manpower to convert that behemoth into HD, I'd love to get a more sci-fi Ace Combat game again, including an OST in the style of 3.
