SweetFx - more Colored Sanctus (+Gamma Correction)

Hello,

For those that don't know about SwetFx it's a directX dll injection that permit to inject shader in game.

To be honest i know nothing about shader i just use SwetFx and if exit a config some for the game that i search i modify it as my taste

But no SweetFx config for Sanctus so i reworked a config to another game made by PandoraX357. thx to him.

if you have fps drop put in commentary HDR (it's the more costly) to do you pass to 0 the define HDR

Someone have me a remark about i don't explain how Install SweetFx and Preset I'm very sorry about that. As excuse it s the first time I offer one of my preset cause most of game have one or more and I m not as well that other member that have year of practice in adjust parameter. But Sanctus not have preset it's why I've adapt an existing preset for it.

But as I use my preset for the game I could affirm it work.

But it's rigth I should give at least a link to explain how install.

Personally I use the SweetFx V2 that have an auto installer.

But here it's a link on Auto-Installer and Manually Install with a Youtube Tuto (not do by me)

For info Sanctus are : 32Bit - D3D9.dll Game for manual install

Again sorry as i use SweetFx on all my game and i'm computer scientist i don't think all are not use to with SweetFx.

Thanks Exaercase for the excellently done reconfig of PandoraX357 work. Am a big fan of color in games. The more the better though am quite happy with the color in all of Slitherine's games am glad to see this available for those who may want an even richer color palette.

Me i have say in my post i'm not the initial author i adapt it to sanctus (in my taste), i'm not good in shader and post it just for help i no need gratefulness neither insult of person that don't have do the job.

Here is how I got it to work

Install SweetFx as advertised
download preset and place in game install folder:
SweetFX_Settings_b'Warhammer 40,000_ Sanctus Reach'_b'Sanctus Colored'.txt
(I renamed the preset to SweetFX_Settings_Warhammer_40,000_Sanctus_Reach.txt as to remove spaces and ' to avoid read problems)

Open SweetFX_preset.txt
inside you will see

#include "SweetFX_settings.txt"
//#include "SweetFX\Presets\Default_1.5_settings.txt"

Paste in the preset so SweetFX_preset.txt file looks like this inside:

#include "SweetFX_settings.txt"
//#include "SweetFX\Presets\Default_1.5_settings.txt"
#include "SweetFX_Settings_Warhammer_40,000_Sanctus_Reach.txt"

The blacks are pitch black and overall darkness pervades, hence I wanted BRIGHTER and less ink shadow to better see the models:

Run Ninja, open SweetFX_Settings_Warhammer_40,000_Sanctus_Reach.txt in the installed game folder


Run Sanctus Reach game
Alt tab to Ninja, drag a slider i.e Lift Gamma Gain >RGB_Gama 1.5
Save
Alt tab back to the game
and now game looks like what I want THANKS

Alt tab and edit for more live edit changes if desired, no need to quit and reload game.
