Berserker Achievement Glitched

So am I missing something because I've defeated every large apostle on berserk difficulty all the way through as both Guts and Griffith only to not have it pop for me. Do I have to go through the scenario or free mode to get it?

Following conditions must be met:
- Defeat all apostles
- Using the same person

✧Vitriolvox✧ has BERSERK and the Band of the Hawk

Already had all missions completed on Berserk difficulty as Guts; did the dlc ones on berserk difficulty and got it.
