Berserker armor not activating

So, playing in Endless Eclipse mode with the Berserker Armor on, and it seems to not want to activate even when all the requirements are fulfilled. Frenzy mode? Check. Full death blow guage? Check. Pulled the right trigger? Multiple times, and still not activating the armor. Anyone have any clue what I'm doing wrong?

Xbox controller? Try remapping to 'Select' instead of RT

Yeah, an Xbox One controller. I'll give that a try

a rebind on RT fixed the problem for me

From old guide and myold observations. Also check contrlos in launcher.

Menu Selection - Enter, Arrow Keys, Tab, Shift and Page up Page down
Movement- wasd
Light Swing - J
Charge attack - I (i)
Guard - Left Shift
Lock On - R
Dash - K (Hold to Run)
Activate Frenzy/ Death Blow - L
Mount and Dismount Horse - K (Which is also the A button on the game map)
Use Secondary Weapon/Selected Item - O
Cycle Items Left - 1
Cycle Items Right - 3
Cycle between itmes/abilities - 2
Switch Between Items/ Secondary Weapon - 2 (Gets unlocked by costume and storymode)
Change Map Zoom - .
Camera Angle Left Right up and Down - FHTG
Menu While In Mission - F1
Transformation (berserker armor/Zodd/Wyald) - P (frenzy must be full, transfrotation lasts depeding on frenzy bar; however, there are unlockable skins which allow spawn as Berserker of Apsotle all the time, and the most had to get and OP character is, of course, Femto).
