Xbox One controller not working

I've tried about everything I can think of. I tried updating my controller, I've tried using my Steam controller, my Dualshock 4, validated files, etc. Literally none of them read.

Using a PS4 pad in xbox 360 emulation no issues at all I am playing wireless as well. Try updating Windows and your DX and C++ files.

The drivers for the Xbox One controller? Because I've uninstalled/reinstalled 5+ times now
idk about xbox one, im using ps4 controller, using scp toolkit to uninstall and reinstall it. the right thumbstick and dpad dont work though. one problem after another.

For your issue do not use that software use this one DS4 for windows by Jay2Kings much better software drivers.

The Xbox One drivers are built in on Windows 10, there's no legit source for the older drivers.

there was major nelson's site but re removed the links, the drivers that come with windows 10 for some reason reconizes both my xb1 controller and my mad catz te2, but no buttons work, only after intalling the 2014 drivers they worled

No, those are x360 drivers, im talking about xbon one drivers

I'm not sure if this'll work, so forgive me if it doesn't.

I recently added a configuration for Ultimate Alliance through Big Picture so the game would work properly with my Xbox One Elite Controller.

When playing BERSERK, I realized that it wasn't functioning properly, i.e. I could only move the selection with the left thumbstick and not the D-pad and it wouldn't pick up the B button.

I went back to Big Picture mode and, under the controller options, under Base Configurations, I went Desktop Configurations -> Templates -> Gamepad and ensured it was selected.

It has been working well so far, allowing me to use the D-pad to select menu items and using the B button as intended.

Please do let us know if it works.

I'm going to wait to try out the official wired Xbone controller I bought before I install some old drivers, hopefully I won't have to. Won't be able to find out until monday though.

i found a work around for some buttons that dont work. while in game you can press the ps button or xbox button on controller -> Controller Configuration, to remap what the buttons do, for example the right thumbstick doesnt work for me so i mapped t=up h=right g=down f=left pushing the right thumbstick is the r key. this way i use the thumbstick for camera control. you can remap the dpad for the keyboard equivalent and itll work, hope this helps

update: i hadnt remapped the dpad when i typed this and closed the game. when i restarted it again to map the dpad they suddenly started working i have no idea why.

My Xbone controller arrived at best buy a day early so I just picked it up and tried it out in the game. It works, it's glorious, but i'm having the same issue with RT that some other people were claiming. Going to try that workaround that someone else linked to.
