If you dont like warriors games then dont buy this, otherwise form your own opinion, this place is full of haters, trolls, and fanboys.
I actually liked the Dinasty warriors games, i mean is not my favorite genre but i can enjoy a game for what it is as long as it has solid gaemplay.
Nah, im just asking a question for those who played the PS2 game.
People these days....
To be honest It's better to try the game yourself and see if you like it or not. Just stay under 2 hours to be safe, if you don't like the game refund. No loss for you.
Aside the boss fights on the PS2 version, the rest of the game was a massive repetitive grindfest of literally walking in one direction killing unending amount of enemies over and over again. The only highlight of the game was the boss fights, but even then they all ended up being wait for counter attack change to play a small QTE animation over and over again.
You don't own the game... i mean did you bought it and refunded it or how can i trust what you are saying?.
Pretty much, i mean the game was not bad specially if you played the first one on ps1/dreamcast, now that was utter garbage, but the ps2 was really enjoyable but yeah it was a massive grind, the combat wasn't really good or anything because it all revolved around grinding exp and becoming OP, it was more like an RPG than an action game to be honest, the boss battles were fun, repetitive but really fun to play.
Now, can you tell me why this game is better than the ps2 one or if it's not why?
I'm probably one of the few that actually enjoyed Troy: Warriors of Legend >.<
Berserk PS2 was basically walk/run in a line swinging your sword inbetween boss Fights.
What?
