As for Henry, ever notice how he never really answers questions and knows actually too much for position? He always either avoids them in a rather clever manner or replies to something like he talked to a few guys he knows.
As for henry, yeah seems legit.
My guess, Carlo Falcone asked Henry for information, and find some about the Chinese Mafia, thats why when they found out they killed him.
According to Mafia Wiki he was also an informant (Yes, I know it can be edited by anyone)

So my speculation is that either the "new" head of the Falcone's (or Leo, I mean, he had to be still getting knowledge about stuff while out of town, proof of that is when he picks vito up in Chapter 15). Perhaps the Chinese gave Leo some info, as a way to stop the bloodshed (not sure, we aren't given anymore info to entertain thoughts really), and Leo came out of exile to help Vito as a favor. *shrug*
Edit: My question is, who's the fourth guy on the cover art? Still don't know after all these years.
I'm just saying that Henry was originally supposed to be framed by Falcone. but the final version of the script changed it so he's actually a rat.
There doesn't seem to be a certain answer to this, but most people think it's Eddie Scarpa.
