Still Cannot Beat The Sacrifice >:(

Doesn't matter how many times I have played that final level. I still cannot beat it. Does not matter what strategy I take to beating it. They all fail. I looked in the achievements and one is Kill Bill, and you have to get Bill to sacrifice his life. Does anybody know how to go about this? I just really want to finish The Sacrifice campaign then I will be the happiest woman in the world.

That is my issue right there so far only one friend I have on my friends list has L4D. The others have only the second L4D. If anybody wants to help please feel free. I just want the achievement so bad.

We did chapter 1 with 3 players. You can watch for tips and advice. You need to use Bile. I didn't upload 3rd chapter as that was pretty boring, only Zoey((Sophia made it haha))

The tank is what makes it impossible for me to get past dock in expert mode

I am on right now since I took a little break from trying. So whoever is on currently and wants to help me gain that achievement we can go ahead and do it. I hope I at least survive to see the ending of the level (maybe a cutscene if there is one).

If you know how to kite yourself away from the Tank to give yourself enough leg room to shoot him. The Tank is not that bad. It does take all 4 team members to take him down though. Isn't there also an achievement to solo a Tank head on without the help of team mates???

Uh.. what difficulty is this? On Normal and Easy, it should be very, well... easy. I can help you with this, I usually play Expert.

I would never play Expert mode unless I knew I would survive the entire level without dying. I always play on Normal difficulty. We beat it just now and we beat The Sacrifice last night, but the achievement is bugged we think. I survived the whole time but was incapacitated once due to the huge ping we all encountered. I am waiting to see if that bug is fixed before I try again.

If it is on Normal, this would be very easy for me, and we could get this done quickly.

I am about to go play State of Decay. I guess we can give it another go. I really think the achievement could be bugged, or I have to survive the whole time without getting incapacitated.

I don't know if you have to survive the Finale, but you certainly don't have to not get incapacitated on the earlier chapters. I will be Bill and run to the generator to sacrifice myself so that you get the achievement.

That is odd too because two other people who were Bill and sacrificed themselves. I never got that achievement either..... Probably another bugged achievement. :/

Well an unlikely explanation is that you played on a server with sv_cheats set to 1, which allows things like noclip, god mode, etc. If you play on such a server, achievements are disabled until you exit and reopen L4D. I have never heard of this achievement being bugged.
